Ornamental Plaster Restoration Conservation

At our premises in Stevenston Scotland we manufacture hand made  cornices, mouldings & centrepieces etc. - click on the link above to precast cornices or centrepieces to see our range

A large stock of precast fibrous plaster cornices and centrepieces  is always available.

We also design and manufacture anything in plaster to suit your requirements.

SUPPLIED TO THE TRADE AND PUBLIC

The restoration of solid insitu ornamental plasterwork is carried out by our craftsmen, using the original methods and materials to give the perfect match.

All ornate cornice and moulding reinstatement is undertaken using the "run insitu method". The material used to build up the sections depends on the specification: this can be gypsum based plasters or for the true match we can execute the work using traditional haired lime backing coats with putty lime finishes; examples of this can be seen on our pages - Scottish National Trust Project opposite & Auchinleck House.

Consultancy Service can be provided.
