The existing copula was panelled with diminishing
 moulded
ribs cast in fibrous plaster then fitted to the
existing insitu lath and lime plaster dome.
First a profile is taken from the dome surface using a plaster jacket
This jacket is made into a bench to give the reverse curve bench then using a
hinged running mould the rib mould is run
The top reverse rib mould is
made.
