Kirkhaven Church Glasgow

Built around 1850, this building is now a Women's Resource Centre

We are involved in the stabilisation and restoration of the ornate ceiling

This example of insitu lime ornate plasterwork, haired lime plaster on to lath backing -  "Scotch bracketing" follows the moulding profile to reduce the weight of plaster.

Due to a collapse of a section of ceiling we were employed to reinstate the section, check, stabilise and  secure the entire ceiling.
