This three storey towns house was flatted in the 70's unfortunately the existing cornice was at the time not reinstated on the new walls erected during the conversion of the house into three flats.

The large ornate cornice with ceiling moulding shown above was reinstated on four walls in three rooms using the insitu method.

The same method of reinstatement was used to form the ornate cornice in the dining room and the plain cornice in the bathroom.
